There are many resources on the internet for stroke survivors and caregivers - but finding them can be a daunting task when you don't know where to start...

We have compiled a few of our favorite resources here. Our goal is that you feel comfortable reaching out after you've explored this section and have a better understanding of what stroke recovery entails.

CMHA offers a number of resources for both caregivers and those suffering depression due to a diagnosis.

Heart and Stroke has done a great job recently of creating more resources for stroke survivors. Booklets and Journals can be found on their website.
