The Stroke Recovery Association of Manitoba’s iPad and Tablet self-help group welcomes anyone who has questions, concerns or inquiries about their technological devices.
This group mainly focuses on iPads and Tablets, however, if you have questions about any other device feel free to stop by and ask for help.
If you’re not sure how to use Facebook, if you don’t know how to send an email or you want to learn how to download games, or take pictures on your iPad, we have a volunteer to assist you with that!
Questions can range from any of the following and more:
? How do I connect to the internet?
? How do I delete an email?
? How can I save a picture from an email?
? How do I take a picture with my iPad?
? How do I send a picture to my relative?
? How do I sign up on Facebook?
? How do I add a friend on Facebook?
? How do I download books or movies?
? How do I borrow books from public libraries online?
? How do I use FaceTime to contact my relatives and friends?
? How do I play games on my device?
Each Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00pm, come to the Stroke Recovery Association iPad and Tablet group with a couple questions focusing on what you want to know about your device and what you’re having issues with that week.
A volunteer will be happy to help you find answers and solutions to your problems.
The iPad and Tablet group takes place in a friendly and relaxing environment. Sip on some coffee, chat with friends and learn about your electronic device.
All you need to bring is your device and yourself and there is no cost!
Hope to see you soon and together we can uncover the mysteries of the iPad/Tablet!
